Rules and Regulations

1. Non-Political Stance

Charitable organizations seeking support from the event must maintain a non-political stance. They should not engage in or promote any political activities or have a strong political presence.

3. Non-Discrimination

Charities should not discriminate against any group of people based on factors such as race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. They should uphold principles of inclusivity and diversity.

5. Registered Non-Profit:

Charities must be registered as non-profit organizations in compliance with local and national regulations. This ensures transparency and accountability in the use of funds raised.

6. Financial Transparency:

Charities should be able to provide transparent financial records and demonstrate that a significant portion of donations goes towards their charitable mission rather than administrative expenses.

7. Impactful Programs:

The charity should have a track record of running effective programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve. Evidence of their impact may be required.

9. No Promotions or Advertising:

Charities should refrain from promoting or advertising any specific political, religious, or controversial agendas during the event. The focus should remain on the charitable cause.

11. Transparency to Participants:

V-Soft Cares will communicate the selection criteria and process to all participants and donors, to ensure understanding of the principles guiding the charity selection.
